Plumbing repairs
Everyday plumbing problems diagnosed and fixed properly by a family plumbing business with a Responsible Master Plumber.
Plumbing repairs: an overview
Most plumbing calls start with something small: a drip under the sink, a toilet that won’t stop running, a drain that’s getting slower every week. Small problems are worth fixing early, because water has a way of finding cabinets, subfloors and drywall.
Our approach is simple. We find the cause, explain it, tell you what the repair involves and then do the work cleanly. If a repair is a sign of a bigger issue, like aging supply lines or recurring drain problems, we’ll tell you, but we won’t push a larger job you don’t need.
Kelm Home Services has been a family business for more than 50 years, and Clint Kelm is a third-generation master plumber who has served as its Responsible Master Plumber (RMPL #41051) since 2020.

Plumbing Repairs FAQ
Common questions about this service.
What should I do if a pipe bursts?
Shut off the main water valve, turn off the water heater if water is near it, and call. Move valuables away from the water if it’s safe.
Should I use chemical drain cleaners?
They can damage some pipes and don’t always fix the cause. If a drain keeps clogging, it’s worth having it checked.
Where is my main shut-off?
Often near where the water line enters the home, or at the meter. We can help you locate it during a visit.
Do you handle gas leaks?
If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 first. We handle gas line repairs afterward.
